Such agreements shall supplement these Terms, and in the event of any conflict, the terms of the separate agreement shall prevail.
Purchases & Payments
1.Order Placement & Confirmation
When you submit an order via the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) product unavailability; (b) pricing inaccuracies; (c) suspected fraudulent activity; (d) incomplete or incorrect order details; or (e) breaches of these Terms. If we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your purchase details. The contract between you and us will be formed once we send the order confirmation.
2.Payment Terms
